Housing Deposit

To ensure the quality of our housing, we will be requiring a housing deposit.

The deposit amount is €50 and must be transferred to us within 2 weeks. During the check-in process, the room will be inspected, and everything should be in working order and clean. Upon leaving our housing, the check-out process will take place. During check-out, the room will be inspected again, and everything should still be in working order and clean. Additionally, the house key - and potentially the room key - must be returned. The room should be in the same condition as during the initial check-in when you first entered the house. If this is the case, the €50 deposit will be automatically refunded to your account.

In the coming weeks, we will begin inspecting the rooms. Each resident will receive a notification when one of our staff members will visit and when your house and room will be inspected. This way, all current residents will be checked. Make sure your room is tidy and complete before the scheduled visit.
